Ealing Trailfinders has become a Founding Member of RightsHub, the partnership management platform built specifically to protect and grow revenue for rights holders in sport.

The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared focus on building for the future. As a Founding Member, Ealing Trailfinders will help influence the development of RightsHub while using the platform to bring greater structure and visibility to its growing portfolio of commercial partnerships.

Ambition on and off the pitch

Ealing Trailfinders has clear ambitions for the future, both as a rugby club and as a commercial organisation. With partnerships playing an increasingly important role in the club's growth, the team wanted a better way to organise the rights, commitments and opportunities that sit behind those relationships.

RightsHub gives the club a single place to manage its commercial inventory, track partner deliverables and keep a clear record of what has been agreed — helping the team spend less time managing spreadsheets and more time developing valuable partnerships.

We're ambitious about where we want to take Ealing Trailfinders, and our commercial partnerships are an important part of that journey. As the number and complexity of those relationships grows, having the right systems in place becomes increasingly important. RightsHub gives us a straightforward way to manage our rights and deliver on our commitments, while giving us a much clearer picture of our commercial activity.
Tim Smith, Commercial Director, Ealing Trailfinders

RightsHub has been designed specifically around the needs of sports rights holders, providing a focused alternative to spreadsheets and large enterprise systems. The platform can be implemented quickly and gives commercial teams a practical way to manage the full lifecycle of their partnerships.

Ealing Trailfinders have a real ambition to grow, and we're delighted that RightsHub can play a part in supporting that journey. Commercial teams shouldn't have to choose between spreadsheets that become increasingly difficult to manage and huge systems that take months to implement. We're building something that sits in the middle — powerful enough to make a genuine difference, but simple enough that teams actually want to use it.
Tony Davison, Co-Founder, RightsHub

As a Founding Member, Ealing Trailfinders will work closely with the RightsHub team and clubs in rugby, football and cricket as the platform develops, helping shape new functionality around the realities of managing commercial partnerships in a modern sports organisation.
